Susan joined Milford in 2025 to lead the People & Culture function to new heights. Susan brings over 30 years’ experience solving commercial business issues and managing people challenges in complex multi-national environments.
With a deep social conscience, outside of work, Susan gives willingly of her time in a governance capacity to a range of charities as well as being the No. 1 cheerleader of her three sons.
