John was appointed to the role of Chief Product Solutions Officer in June 2026 and is responsible for Milford’s Product and Digital Client Experience across Australia and New Zealand, and has over 25 years Funds Management experience.
Since joining Milford in 2015, John has held a number of executive roles including being the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Client Officer. John has extensive large team leadership across client, risk, distribution and operational functions. Prior to working with Milford, John was with Colonial First State in Australia for 13 years, spending the last eight years as Head of Investment Operations. His team was responsible for providing investment administration services to the Asset Management, Insurance, Platform and Superannuation businesses.
