Anthony Quirk

Anthony is Chairman and a Non-Executive Director of the Milford Asset Management and Milford Australia Pty Ltd boards and a number of other Milford subsidiary company boards. Anthony is also a member of the Board Audit & Risk Committee of both Milford Asset Management and Milford Australia, the Board Remuneration & Nominations Committee and the Board Investment Committee and a long-standing shareholder. Anthony has been involved in a number of boards that focus on providing some benefit to the community. He is also currently Chair of Humanitix NZ, and on the Board of the Milford Foundation.

Anthony has more than 30 years’ executive experience in the investment and financial services industry. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Finance Professionals New Zealand (INFINZ) and is a former Chairman of that organisation. He is also a member of the Institute of Directors.
