The Milford Global Real Asset Fund (AU) aims to provide consistent income and capital growth by investing in global listed infrastructure, utility and real estate securities.
The Fund targets consistent income and capital growth while outperforming the RBA cash rate by 4% per annum over the minimum recommended investment time horizon (net of fees).
