Lindsay is an independent Non-Executive Director of Milford Asset Management Limited, a director of Milford Australia Pty Ltd and some of Milford’s other subsidiary entities. Lindsay is also Chair of the Board, Audit & Risk Committee of both Milford Asset Management and Milford Australia, and a Director on Milford’s private equity entities.
Lindsay has over 30 years of financial services experience spanning Auckland, Sydney, Hong Kong, Tokyo, Singapore and New York, principally in asset management. Most recently Lindsay has been the Chief Executive Officer of Sun Hung Kai Capital Partners Limited based in Hong Kong and prior to that has held a range of executive and senior leadership roles at BNY Mellion Investment Management, Invesco, Matthews Asia, Harvest Funds Management and Bankers Trust / Deutsche Asset Management.
She is currently a non–executive Director of NZX Limited (NZX:NZ), Chair of its Audit and Risk Committee and member of the Clearing House Committee and a non-executive director of Navigator Global Investments (ASX:NGI). Previously she has been Deputy Chair of the Board and Chair of the Audit Committee of the Guardians of the New Zealand Superannuation Fund and a Board member of Kiwi Bank Limited.
Lindsay holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Auckland University and is a Fellow of the Institute of Directors in Hong Kong.
