Wayne Gentle is Milford’s Chief Investment Officer and an Executive Director. He joined Milford in 2016 and is responsible for leading the firm’s investment strategy, process and investment team across public and private markets.
Wayne has more than 30 years of investment experience across Australian and global markets, having held senior portfolio management and investment leadership roles through multiple market cycles. He has extensive experience in equities, asset allocation and portfolio construction, and has managed portfolios for institutional, wholesale and retail investors.
As CIO, Wayne oversees Milford’s investment philosophy and portfolio management framework, with a focus on delivering strong long-term outcomes for clients through active management, fundamental research and disciplined risk management.
